Cavanna Cabana is one of the original homes built on White Sands Drive. The Watsons purchased this home in 2021 and have thoroughly enjoyed bringing this cottage back to life. Relax on the front porch and enjoy Gulf views as it's located only 100 steps to the beach. Cavanna Cabana sleeps six, with two bedrooms, one bathroom and open concept living, kitchen and dining spaces.
Cavanna Cabana is one of the best smaller homes you will find on the Cape. Typically, to find accommodations of this size you must choose a condo and sacrifice privacy. This house offers the independence of a private home and is the perfect size for a couple, small family or snowbirds. Parking will accommodate four vehicles and boat/trailer. White Sands Drive is one of two locations allowing beach access for permitted vehicles. We would love to share our home with you!
